Our search and acquisition process revolves around the client and each individual or company can have a variety of requirements and aspirations. Our first interaction will be to establish a client’s brief including property requirement, timeline and location.
Our service will be tailored according to the brief and whether you are seeking to rent or acquire a commercial property. In relation to larger acquisitions and leasing searches, we can also arrange for a full due diligence package which can include additional professionals, such as Building Surveyors, Architects, Fire Consultants, Loan Security Valuers and specialist Legal Advisors.
All fee arrangements to be agreed in writing in advance with the relevant parties. During normal market conditions where supply is not restricted, we are experiencing average acquisition times of between 4 to 6mths. In some cases we have secured properties for tenants within 3 mths where parties are seeking a quick relocation.
These require all parties working together in a proactive manner and we can assist in managing this process where timelines are a matter of urgency.
